Rick Johns is the president and owner of Coastal Contractors, Inc. His passion is to team up with homeowners to redesign, develop and build the space you call home and where memories are made.

As a former US Army soldier with a specialty in Air Traffic Control, Rick had to master the skill of focus to control multiple aircraft in the sky at one time. He now utilizes those same abilities to multitask in his day-to-day job of building and renovating homes and also uses the methodical routine and structure the Army demanded of him. The experiences have aided him in making beautiful, functional spaces…with efficiency and quality.

Billie, the operations manager, performs by his side for a well-rounded building experience for you. With a previous professional background in customer service and early childhood education, and with a love of architecture and interior design, she brings soft, understanding support to the team…and to you. As the Operations Manager for Coastal Contractors, she does everything from obtaining your building permit to scheduling subcontractors to ordering materials. Communication is a great skill of hers and she will be there for you by phone, text and in person from beginning to end, dissecting every last detail of your space with you.
