The owners had a vision when they saw a vacant office building built in the 1960’s nestled in the ever-growing San Marco area. Coastal Contractors took their vision and made it reality. A piece of history still remains with the exposed brick walls and glass block windows. Stained concrete floors and exposed duct work add an updated, industrial look with super cool vibe.
